Who is responsible for your data

What we collect when you fill in the form

The form on this site asks for three things, and records a few more alongside them:

• Your name, email address and phone number - the three fields you type.
• Your country dial code and your browser’s timezone, used to format and route the call.
• The exact consent sentence shown above the button, stored word for word rather than as a tick, plus the time and the IP address it was submitted from.
• Where you came from: the campaign parameters in the link you arrived on.

We never see or store your card number. The $20 is taken in a card field hosted by Stripe: your card details go to Stripe directly, and we receive only a payment reference and whether it succeeded.

We store a payment reference, the amount and the time of your $20 payment, so we can match your order to your store and handle any refund.

Why we collect it

Your name and email are needed to build your store and to keep a record of what you asked for.

Your phone number is used to call you to set your store up and, if you agreed to text messages, to text you the links and updates for your setup. That contact is the product, not a marketing extra.

The stored consent sentence exists so that if you ever ask what you agreed to, we can show you the precise words that were on the screen when you agreed.

Who else sees it

These services process your data because the site runs on them:

• Supabase - the database your submission is stored in.
• GoHighLevel - the CRM our sales team uses to call you back. It receives your name, email and phone number.
• Stripe - the payment processor. It receives your card details directly and your email address, and tells us only whether the $20 payment succeeded.
• Vercel - hosting. Requests to this site pass through it.

We do not sell your data. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages when you submit the form, Dropship FZCO (Dropship.io) may send text messages to the mobile number you provide. These messages relate to the store setup you purchased, for example the link to your store builder, access to your course, and other links or updates you ask for during your call with us.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. If a message cannot be replied to, email support@dropship.io and we will stop texting you.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@dropship.io.
• Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of using our services or of any purchase.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we protect your mobile information

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy; this information will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose unrelated to delivering our messages to you. We share your mobile number and opt-in status only with the providers that deliver our text messages, such as our messaging platform provider and mobile carriers, and only so those messages can be delivered.

Where your data goes

The database and the hosting are operated outside the country most visitors are in, and the trading entity is in the United Arab Emirates.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@dropship.io and say which.

If you gave consent to be called, texted or emailed, you can withdraw it at any time (for text messages, reply STOP), and withdrawing it does not affect anything done before you did.

Cookies and tracking

Advertising and analytics trackers are not loaded at the moment. The Meta and TikTok pixels are built into this site but are switched off: each one needs an identifier we have deliberately left unset, and while it is unset no pixel script is fetched and no event is sent. When advertising starts they will be listed here by name and consent will be collected where the law requires it.

Stripe is different, and it is always on, because it is what takes your payment. When the checkout loads, Stripe sets a cookie on this site and collects device and browsing information for fraud prevention. This is Stripe acting on its own behalf as well as ours; it happens on every page where the card fields appear, and it cannot be switched off without switching off the ability to pay. Stripe describes what it collects in its own privacy policy.

This site also stores small amounts of information in your own browser, which never leaves your device and is not a tracker: where you had reached in the video so it can offer to resume, whether you have already been shown the one-time offer, what you had typed into the form so a refresh does not lose it, and the advertising parameters of the link you arrived on so we can tell which campaign brought you.
