Who you are contracting with

The seller is Dropship FZCO, Premises No: 33007-001, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, United Arab Emirates.

The price is $20 USD, charged once at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; Dropship FZCO is the merchant of record and appears on your statement.

What you are buying

Four components, all included in the one $20 payment:

• A pre-built Shopify store, set up and handed over to you.
• Ten researched products with supplier links.
• The full dropshipping course, handed to you on your launch call.
• A one-to-one setup call with an operator.

There is no trial period, no subscription and no recurring charge: the $20 is a single one-time payment and nothing renews.

Price, and what the stated component values mean

You pay $20 once, by card at checkout. That single payment covers the store, the products, the course and the call, and there is nothing further to pay us.

The individual values shown beside each component on the sales page are our estimate of what the component would be worth bought separately. They are a comparison, not a price any of them is currently offered at, and the total is not what you are charged: the price is $20.

A Shopify subscription is your own separate, ongoing cost, paid to Shopify. It is not included and we do not receive any part of it.

Refunds and cancellation

The $20 is charged once, at checkout, by Stripe.

If your store build has not started, email support and we will refund the $20 in full. Once the build has started the payment is non-refundable, because the work and the store have already been delivered to you.

Your Shopify plan is billed and refunded by Shopify under their terms, not ours. Cancelling it does not refund the $20 and does not take your store away from you.

No earnings guarantee

Nothing on this site is a promise of income. Any figures, screenshots or stories shown are individual experiences and are not typical results.

What you make, if anything, depends on your own effort, the products you choose, your advertising spend, your market and conditions outside anyone’s control. You could make nothing. You could lose the money you spend on advertising and on your Shopify plan.

Immediate access, and your right to withdraw

The store setup begins as soon as you submit the form, and the course is handed to you on the call. Access is immediate and by design.

Statutory withdrawal rights attach to paid distance contracts, and this is one. The sentence printed directly above the Complete order button says that your store build starts immediately and that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once it does; clicking that button is how you agree to it. Before the build begins, email support and we will refund the $20 in full.

That sentence is stored word for word with your order, exactly as it appeared on the page on the day you placed it, so we can always show you what you agreed to rather than asking you to take our word for the wording.

The store, and what you own

The Shopify store is created in your name and registered to you. It is yours: we take no revenue share, no equity and no ongoing fee from it.

You are responsible for the Shopify plan, for the products you choose to list, for your suppliers, and for complying with the law wherever you sell.

Course access and licence

The course is handed to you by the operator on your launch call. There is no separate account to create and no sign-in code to wait for.

Your licence to the course is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login, resell, republish or redistribute the material, or use it to build a competing product.

Acceptable use

Sharing credentials, reselling course material, scraping the course, or attempting to interfere with the site or its systems will end your access.

Third-party services

This funnel depends on services we do not control. Each has its own terms, which apply to you directly:

• Stripe - the payment processor that takes the $20 and handles your card details.
• Shopify - your store and its own plan, billed by Shopify.
• GoHighLevel - the CRM our team uses to call you back.
• Suppliers you choose for the products you sell.

We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or decisions about your account.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version is published here with a new date at the top. The version in force is the one published when you bought.
